UMass Dartmouth SMAST Fishery Study

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, in line 16, by inserting after the word “Council” the following: “and hydrodynamic modeling of coastal waters to accurately assess delineation of shellfish growing area classifications and other applications to improve management of marine fisheries resources, and whelk fishery research to evaluate alternative management strategies”.
