Amendment #286 to H5500

Saugus Police Department

Representatives Giannino of Revere and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 8000-0313, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the purchase of gear and equipment for Saugus police department" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$175,000".
