Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0107, by inserting after the words “nutritious food” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for People's Pantry in the town of North Andover for a vehicle to transport food donations”.
