Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 6 by inserting after the word ”fund” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Webster for Municipal Building maintenance and upkeep;”
