Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, after the phrase "General Laws" by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for programs and resources to support farm to school & food system literacy programming in public elementary and secondary schools and early education programs" and by striking the figure "$100,000" at the end of the item and replacing it with "$1,100,000"
