Handicap Accessible Ramp for Amesbury Public Library

Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Amesbury Public Library in the city of Amesbury for an ADA accessible entrance ramp”.
