Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in line item 7061-9408 provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Boston's Higher Ground for out-of-school-time programming, mentoring, mental and behavioral health supports, parent leadership, and housing stabilization for students and families experiencing homelessness.
