Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4400-1000, by inserting after "item" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for supporting transition-aged youth through the Friends of Children, Inc. FOCUS Program."
