Amendment #373 to H5500

Martha's Vineyard Fishermen's Preservation Trust

Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0107, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Martha's Vineyard Fishermen's Preservation Trust for operating and expanding the Seafood Donation Program, and for otherwise supporting the fishing industry on Martha’s Vineyard”.
