Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting after "ways and means" the following: "provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended to Island Elderly Housing, Inc. for the purpose of emergency preparedness”.
