Hughes Hatchery and Research Station

Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Martha’s Vineyard Shellfish Group, Inc. for the John T. Hughes Hatchery and Research Station facility feasibility study in the town of Oak Bluffs, and for otherwise supporting local shellfish propagation”.
