Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1595-6368, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 be expended for the continuation of business safety program in the Upham, Bowdoin/Geneva, Grove Hall and Four Corner business district of Boston to be administered by Upham Corner Main Streets.”
