Amendment #392 to H5500

Route 103 and Gardners Neck Road Redesign

Mr. Thurber of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-  “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the redesign, study, permitting, and engineering of the intersection at Gardners Neck Road at Route 103 and New Gardners Neck Road in the town of Swansea.”
