Modernizing Dighton's Aging Highway Department and Its Equipment

Mr. Thurber of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-  “; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for modernization efforts to the aging highway department and its equipment in the town of Dighton.”
