Kiwanis Club Assistance for Higher Education

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2414, in line 8, by inserting after "item” the following: "provided further, that not less than $10,000 dollars shall be appropriated for the Kiwanis Club for the purpose of expanding assistance for local students pursuing higher education in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts” and by striking out the figure $85,000,000 and inserting in place there of the figure $85,010,000.
