ROCA - Support for High-Risk Young Mothers

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0930-0100, in line 12, by inserting after the word “services” the following:- “;provided further, that not less than $1,250,000 shall be expended for Roca. Inc.'s young mothers experiencing acute trauma program”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,188,835” and inserting in place thereof “$5,438,835”.
