Amendment #400 to H5500

CapeAbilities Exterior Transformation

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5920-2000, in line 20, by inserting after "2027” the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 dollars shall be appropriated for CapeAbilities to create energy-efficient exterior transformation of their primary service hub for individuals with disabilities” and by striking out the figure $2,067,501,853 and inserting in place there of the figure $2,067,601,853.
