Ms. Garcia of Chelsea moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION XXX. Section 110 of chapter 5 of the acts of 1995 is hereby amended by striking out section 121, as amended by sections 30 and 31 of chapter 158 of the acts of 2014.
