Amendment #403 to H5500

Yarmouth Senior Center HVAC and Roofing

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 9, by inserting after the word "means" the following: "provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the Yarmouth Senior Center for the purposes of a complete roof replacement and stabilization of HVAC to protect senior programming and public community use" and by striking out the figure $29,522,592 and inserting in place there of the figure $29,582,592.
