Cape Fishermen Alliance Sustainable Fishing Maintenance

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting at the end thereof the following words: - “provided further, that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen’s Alliance for the modernization and maintenance of sustainable fishing and by striking out the figure $20,172,773 and inserting in place there of the figure $20,672,773.
