Amendment #424 to H5500

YMCA Youth-At-Risk Grants

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following:- “provided further, that the department shall award not less than $2,500,000 to the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, Inc. which shall be distributed between the alliance’s member organizations to support educational programming for youth”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “9,700,000”.
