Newburyport Lower Artichoke Dam Project

Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0700, by inserting after "safety" the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended to the city of Newburyport for advancing the Lower Artichoke Dam project”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$780,817" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$830,817".
