Amendment #488 to H5500

O’Maley Innovation Middle School Courtyard

Mr. Tarr of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the City of Gloucester for the planning and design of the courtyard at O’Maley Innovation Middle School”

and by striking the figures “7,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “7,525,000”
