Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item, 2511-0107, by adding the following words: “not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Just Roots, Greenfield Community Farm”; and striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,000”.
