Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item, 7002-0025, by adding the following words: “not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Community Action Pioneer Valley”; and striking out the figures “$5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,050,000”.
