Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item, 4590-0250, by adding the following words: “not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the North Quabbin Community Coalition”; and striking out the figures “$21,975,011” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$22,025,011”.
