Water Infrastructure Improvements in Ipswich

Ms. Kassner of Hamilton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 1599-0026, line 6, by inserting after “Fund” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Ipswich for water treatment plant updates and wastewater treatment to alleviate issues that have contributed to the closure of local clam flats.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “7,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “7,600,000.”
