Shellfish Economy and Great Marsh Restoration

Ms. Kassner of Hamilton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for restoration and revitalization in the Great Marsh, including but not limited to a green crab trapping program, microplastic and macroplastics sampling, and remediation necessary to re-open clamming areas”; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “300,000.”
