Amendment #525 to H5500

Dementia Care Coordination

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-1630, in line 29, by inserting after "program" the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, Massachusetts Chapter, Inc. to expand access to and administer Dementia Care Coordination, an evidence-based program, to reduce hospitalizations, emergency department visits and the delay of long-term care placements" and in said item by striking the figures “$298,988,931” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$299,288,931”
