Preservation of Existing Transportation Network Company (TNC) Fee Structure

Mr. Ultrino of Malden moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new sections:-

SECTION X. Section 10 of Chapter 187 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby repealed.

SECTION X. Section 18 of Chapter 187 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby repealed.
