Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “, provided that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to provide camera coverage with access control and camera with multi-lens, pan/tilt/zoom camera, switch, and boom lift for the back parking area of town offices/police station and the Veterans Field where we have many residents visit for community events, sporting games/practices from the schools as well as park and recreation.”
