Amendment #553 to H5500

Worcester Community Midwifery

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1503, in line 5, by inserting after the words “services and programs” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be allocated to Worcester Community Midwifery to provide midwifery care and birth center services to families across the state”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$14,585,830” and inserting in place thereof the figures: “$14,685,830”.
