Holyoke Public Library Puerto Rican Comic Conference

Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; and provided further that not less than $9,000 shall be expended for the Puerto Rican Art Comic Conference to its fiscal agent, the Holyoke Public Library”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$109,000".
