Mrs. Reyes of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 9, by inserting after “means” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Methuen Senior Activity Center for operational costs and event planning”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$29,522,592” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,547,592”.
