Mrs. Reyes of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, in line 26, by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Three Saints, Inc., in the city of Lawrence to support community services and promote Italian heritage”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$27,348,072” and inserting in place thereof the figures “27,373,072”.
