ADA requirements at Longmeadow Police Station

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Longmeadow Police Department, for minor renovations to repurpose an existing first floor room as an interview room to meet ADA requirements ”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$7,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,575,000”.
