Top Notch Scholars

Mrs. Reyes of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 6, by inserting after “Laws” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 be expended to Top Notch Scholars to support operations and programming”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$125,000”.
