Mrs. Reyes of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 be expended for the Methuen Youth & Community Center to support youth programming, wellness, and community engagement activities in Methuen”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$125,000”.
