Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0040, in line 12, by inserting after "plans" the following: "provided that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for The Builder Coalition"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,250,000".
