Amendment #616 to H5500

To Support Youth Outdoor Activity

Mr. Gómez of Easthampton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX.  ; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to support the development of a new Easthampton Skate Park; provided further, that this funding shall assist in the creation of a safe, accessible recreational space for local youth and residents, promoting outdoor activity, community engagement, and positive use of public space;
