Amendment #655 to H5500

ESRD Medigap Coverage

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 76 the following section:

SECTION XXXX: Section 1 of Chapter 176k of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 22 and 23, the words “other than a person eligible for Medicare coverage due solely to end-stage renal disease”.
