Amendment #660 to H5500

Mental Health Advocacy Program (MHAP) for Kids

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0200, in lines 5 and 6, by inserting after “item 4000-0051” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $3,300,000 shall be expended for the Mental Health Advocacy Program for Kids as administered by Health Law Advocates Inc. to increase access to mental health treatment for at-risk children and adolescents involved in or diverted from juvenile courts"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$25,714,017” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,014,017”.
