Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by striking out the figures "$3,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,000,000" and in said item by striking out the figures "$7,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,500,000"
