Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4510-0110, by inserting after the words "General Laws" the following;- “; and provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Holyoke Health Center to expand services for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health treatment.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$10,118,222” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$10,168,222.”
