Jumpstart

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 3000-1000, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-"; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc. to support evidence‑based early childhood education programs that promote language, literacy, and social‑emotional development for preschool children from underserved communities, while expanding career pathways and opportunities for high school students.
