Amendment #694 to H5500

Annual Net School Spending

Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham moves to amend the bill, by adding the following section:

” SECTION XX. Section 13E of the chapter 40 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words ‘2 percent of the annual net school spending’ and by inserting in place thereof the following words:- “5 percent of the annual net school spending.”
