Arlington Fire Department Turnout Gear

Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, by inserting after "departments" the following: "; provided that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the Arlington Fire Department to replace turnout gear and eliminate exposure to toxic PFAS chemicals"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$120,000".
