Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 6, by inserting after the word “laws”  the following:- “, and provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Douglas Schools for IT system improvements and upgrades”
