Amendment #703 to H5500

Include key condition for discharging clients from ICFs to the community under the Olmstead decision which is omitted in the budget language

Mr. Vaughn of Wrentham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5930-1000, by inserting after the words “ICF/IID”, the second time it appears, the following:- “; provided

further that no such discharge shall occur until approved by the client or their guardian.”
