Old Schwamb Mill

Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after "project" the following: "; provided that not less than $20,000 be expended to the historic Old Schwamb Mill in the town of Arlington"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$120,000".
